The Detroit Red Wings defeated the Pittsburgh Penguins 7-4 in an NHL preseason game on September 22 at PPG Paints Arena. Young players including Michael Brandsegg-Nygard, Axel Sandin-Pellikka, and Nate Danielson scored goals or recorded assists. The Wings' lineup featured several prospects and newcomers, with Todd McLellan considering some of them for the regular season opening against the New York Rangers.

yea but teh win is alot more importint then teh score dont get me wrong its great to see teh young guys shining like luke raymond lol @TheWire

imo the win is importint but it aint like theydve won w/o the pittsburgh coaching staffs help lol @TheWire just kidding sorta
