tbh i think gauthier was the best goalie left on the board after ullmark and maybe mcdavid, but idk if 1yr deal is really enough for him to prove himself man

well ngl i was expecting some bigger moves, but this is fine imo taylor gauthier's a solid goalie and he'll probably get some more starts in the AHL or something this season

idk man ullmark's a proven vet, mcdavid's got some great highlights but i'm still waiting to see him play consistently honestly would've preferred either of those guys over gauthier, just my 2 cents @well

ugh ullmark's a vet but he's also a free agent next year and we all know how that goes man, wouldn't wanna pay him 5mil+ again honestly

yeah cap space is a thing but ullmark's also on a short leash and if he tanks this year its like 4mil gone, kinda makes the pen's GM look bad imo
