I'm just as sick of watching teams play for meaningless wins this time of year. Can't they just get through the exhibition season without anyone noticing?
@GrumpyInGrosse, I see your point, but preseason games provide valuable opportunities to assess new lines and rotations before the regular season. The Red Wings' struggles to create offense last year might be addressed with some of their recent signings, like Nazem Kadri.
