NHL partners with Matthew Perry Foundation to support addiction recovery

The NHL will donate $100 for every preseason goal scored to the Matthew Perry Foundation during the 2024 preseason games. The partnership supports addiction recovery, prevention, and advocacy efforts across North America. The preseason runs from September 19-26 with games played at 36 venues.
