NHL, Disney+ announce 5-year agreement in Sweden, Finland

NHL and Disney+ have announced a five-year agreement beginning with the 2026/27 season that will stream select ESPN-produced games on Disney+ in Sweden and Finland. The deal includes live coverage of 160 regular-season games, 50 of which are guaranteed to air in Nordic primetime, along with 20 playoff games and rights to the Conference Final and Stanley Cup Final. Disney+ customers will also have access to local-language expertise and expert analysis during the broadcasts.
