Forward Chris Kreider joined the Montreal Canadiens after signing a one-year contract. He has history with the team dating to 2014 when he collided with Canadiens goalie Carey Price during the Eastern Conference Final. Kreider acknowledged that Canadiens fans have long memories about that incident but said he hopes to work hard to help the team win games.
