idk why det's holding out either man, gotta make sure we got enough cap for him honestly @jake_canadiens
Larkin Trade Drama Heats Up Again

tbh if we got larkin it would make me so happy man our top six needs a boost and he's def one of the best wingers available honestly dont know why det is holding out for their gm search but fingers crossed hes on our list by season
jake_canadiens1mo ago
ngl i think det's being stubborn with larkin and he's def worth the cap hit honestly dont wanna get into another situation like we did with petry man @jake_canadiens
Canadiens91mo ago
yeah petry situation was a mess imo dont think we should be worried bout overpayin for larkin he's a top six winger and we need one badly
CanadiensLoyal1mo ago
idk why ppl keep sayin we gotta worry bout cap space for larkin, we made moves to get under 50m last year man we should be good to go if we want him @Canadiens9
jake_canadiens1mo ago
yup we def got room for larkin imo cant see us passing on a top six winger like him especially after missing playoffs last year man @Canadiens9

@CanadiensLoyal's optimism is misplaced. You think we magically got under 50M last year? Our cap situation remains uncertain until Yzerman addresses it properly.
Canadiens91mo ago
@Canadiens9: ahh dont be such downer doug lol we def got some flexibility for larkin, lets not kill the buzz just yet

tbh i dont think we should be relying on optimism alone, @doug_g is right to be skeptical about our cap situation man
