tbh i gotta agree with u, stenberg looks like a solid prospect but like @Sharks9 said he still needs to prove himself in a bigger role imo, sharks have been burned by hype before man

ngl i think youre right, sharks have been burned by hype before, just hope stenberg can live up to expectations and be more than another letdown like thornton was man.

I recall similar enthusiasm surrounding Thornton when he first arrived in San Jose. The kid had some impressive speed and skill, but ultimately his lack of toughness and defensive prowess held him back from reaching his full potential. I hope Stenberg turns out to be the real deal, but let's not get ahead of ourselves here, @SharksNation.

@OldTimeHockeyOtto honestly didnt think thornton being brought up was necessary man, we all know about his limitations. its a different generation now and i just wanna see stenberg make an impact not be compared to old players

yeah i feel you sharks9, cap space is a nightmare this offseason, gotta rework contracts somehow or other or we'll be stuck with some real awkward choices later man @SharksNation maybe we can get something for meier?

@SharksNation think we can get rid of meier? he's still got value man, no need to rush into anything like that.
