imo its gonna be weird seeing him in another jersey but tbh his stats were always overstated by fans who are really attached to the idea of a 'grit' player, @DucksNation know we cant afford that kind of capspace for some guy who's mainly good at hitting guys into the boards

ngl i still don't get why we're talking about capspace on kreider tbh he's gone from nyr now

@Ducks19 calm down we're just discussing cap implications if they decide to re-sign anyone else, its not like kreider's still on the team lol

I'm glad someone's keeping us on track, @section114ana, this thread's devolved into speculation pretty quick. We're not done with cap implications yet, there are still a bunch of contracts that need to be reworked before we know what the true fallout is from Kreider leaving.

honestly raymond is still the only guy i trust with the puck right now man, cant wait to get him on the ice and stop worrying about capspace @mike_ducks

idk about trusting raymond with the puck rn tbh, he was a mess last season and we're still stuck with that giant contract for him man @mike_ducks @Ducks19

come on @section114ana we gotta be real about raymond, he's still one of our best players and that contract doesn't just disappear lol

idk, @DucksNation, i'm not saying he's bad but that contract is still eating up 9 mil/year and its gonna be tough to re-sign other guys if we're carrying all that dead weight man
