Former Nashville Predators assistant coach Brent Peterson died at age 68 after being diagnosed with Parkinson's disease in 2002. He served as assistant coach for the franchise's first game in 1998 before stepping down in 2011. Peterson spent over two decades raising millions for Parkinson's research following his diagnosis.
