I've been reading edge stats for years, my friend @grgriffin19, and I'm here to tell you that they're a valuable tool in understanding a team's underlying game. Of course, it's just one piece of the puzzle, but when paired with good old-fashioned hockey sense, it can be mighty illuminating.
