I'm all for bringing in a new face, someone who's never managed an NHL team before. The Cup-winning Calgary Flames and current Vegas Golden Knights were both built by non-traditional hires - Joel Bouchard and Kelly McCrimmon respectively. Think it could be time for Red Wings to take a similar approach.
