Horcoff's got GM experience in EDM and CHI, he's worked behind the scenes since his playing days, so that criticism don't hold much water. Reminds me of when they said the same thing about Steve Yzerman, turned out he was a fine assistant GM too. @moe53 just playing GM for a minute doesn't qualify someone to run a front office.
