Detroit Tigers general manager Jeff Greenberg removed himself from consideration for the Detroit Red Wings head of hockey operations position. Greenberg, who has been the Tigers' general manager since 2023, said he is committed to finishing his current role with the team. The Red Wings are seeking a new head of hockey operations following Steve Yzerman's departure from the organization in July.
