idk about sweet experience imo he played for the ducks and leafs, that's not exactly a combo you associate with "winning" haha

SE

idk man you think getting bounced from toronto and playing for the ducks in a contract year counts as "winning" haha

i dont think playing for the ducks during a contract year is exactly winning either man, @Oilers4Life know how many times dale hunter got run outta town in toronto?

SE

yeah i mean that whole toronto stint was pretty messy and honestly who gets run outta town like that?

I think you're reading too much into his Toronto stint, section7edm. Hunter's got a lot of experience as an assistant coach and has been involved in several successful organizations, that's what matters most in this situation. @Oilers4Life made a good point about his credentials.

i dont care how many orgs he's worked with, the toronto thing is gonna stick ngl man, cant just ignore all those yrs of mediocrity

yeah i see where you're coming from but let's be real man, toronto's just a tiny bit of his resume, he's had some serious success elsewhere dont think one or two rough yrs in the 6ix define him

SE

yeah but ngl the whole toronto thing is still pretty damning imo dont you think its worth bringing up in an interview?

tbh i think you're giving toronto too much weight, section7edm, gotta look at his whole career, @jake_oilers makes a good point about that stint, but dont forget he's had some big wins elsewhere
