tbh idk if he can recreate that magic but hes def got more tools at his disposal now than during the mcvey era ngl he better make some decent deces on d lol

I've seen some of those old system-heavy teams and I gotta say, unless the players are buying into it, you're just beating a dead horse. Babcock's got a rep for being one of the better tacticians in the game, but let's see if our guys can actually grasp what he's tryin' to teach 'em.

idk if babcock can make em all buy into it, but at least he'll try some actual strategy instead of just throwing it all out the window lol

man i think babcock's just as big a question mark on the system buy-in angle, idk if he can get those guys to adapt to his brand of hockey @Oilers17

tbh i think babcock can get 'em to adapt if he just shows em the results and the wins, we've been a team that's all about feelin our way through it for too long ngl

ngl thats probably true, shows them the wins and theyll follow his lead, i just hope he's got a good goalie plan in place man @Oilers4Life
