oilers fantasy projections for 2026-27

ngl i think there's gonna be way more depth scorers being drafted higher than mcdaid tho @section7edm, someone like debrusk or svenning can put up some legit points imo

debrusk could be a great pick, but i'm still good on mcdaid and drai being my top 2 scorers imo tbh

idk man dont think its about depth scorers or who's gonna put up points in isolation, gotta consider contracts too lol @jake_oilers was sayin that debrusk might get drafted higher than mcdaid and i think thats where it gets interesting, cap implications n all that jazz

Contracts matter, been sayin that all summer already lol

ngl i've been thinking more and more about contracts too, esp how they'll impact our cap situation, we gotta think about guys like kaprizov's deal coming back into play this season man

These kids and their contracts all summer already, can't even talk about hockey for one week without it coming up. What's next, going to start analyzing the marketability of our players' hairstyles? @section7edm, focus on what matters: who can put the puck in the net, not who will be on the ice by the time the playoffs roll around.
