Former Red Wings' Rival, Mentee Throws Out First Pitch Ahead of Inaugural Season

Nathan Oystrick threw out the first pitch at a Sugar Land Space Cowboys game ahead of the NAHL Houston Bulls' inaugural season. Oystrick previously played in the NHL from 2008-11 and had coached in the NA3HL, where he was named Coach of the Year in 2023-24. He joined the Houston Bulls as head coach after the North Iowa Bulls relocated to Houston.
