Bryan Bickell returns to NHL after MS diagnosis

Forward Bryan Bickell played his first NHL game since being diagnosed with multiple sclerosis on November 10. Bickell had not played for the Hurricanes since October 30 and recorded a minus-2 rating in 12:35 of ice time during a loss to the Minnesota Wild. His line was on the ice for two of three goals scored by the Wild in the first period.
