tbh its not just depth we're bandaid-ing, ngl our orgs been in reactive mode for way too long now man. hoping cox is the real deal to finally shake this up honestly

tbh i think you hit the nail on the head with reactive mode man, its gotta stop at some point and cox coming in is maybe a glimmer of hope but it feels like we're setting ourselves up for another cycle honestly

tbh i totally agree with you about the reactive mode thing, it feels like we've been in crisis management for yrs now and its gotta change honestly. cox coming in might be the spark we need but ngl i'm still skeptical man.
