The Grand Rapids Griffins have 34 players signed for the upcoming season, including 20 forwards, 10 defensemen, and four goalies. Of those players, nine are signed specifically to AHL contracts with the Griffins. The team expects several players including Mazur, Wallinder, and Brandsegg-Nygard to remain with the Red Wings, while others will need to clear waivers before being assigned to Grand Rapids.
