The Pittsburgh Penguins may have too many forwards and believe Bryan Rust and Rickard Rakell are available only if a specific price is met. The team does not plan to add a big name to their left side of the blue line despite being light there. GM Kyle Dubas wanted to move up in the draft but found the prices higher than expected, and trades seem unlikely at this point.
