The Detroit Red Wings are considering one available forward spot for their opening-night roster. Nate Danielson, selected 9th overall in 2023, plays center and has NHL experience from 2023-24. Danielson recorded two goals and seven points in 28 games and had three goals and 15 points in 18 games for Grand Rapids before a lower-body injury ended his season February 18.
