I dont care if you like it or not, they SHOULD have had a GM by now!! SEBASTIAN COSSA's gone and now we're stuck with nothing to speak of for secondary scoring?!

I think you're misreading the situation, @eddy_77 - Stevie Y said he's taking his time to build the right team, and I trust that process even if it means not making a splash in free agency or trading away Cossa. The rebuild is about more than just adding scoring this season.
