Rudy Guimond is a 21-year-old goaltender who began his college career at Harvard after being drafted by the Red Wings in the sixth round of the 2023 NHL Entry Draft. He previously played in the USHL and then jumped to the QMJHL with the Moncton Wildcats in the 2024-25 season where his performance improved significantly. Guimond was named goaltender of the year in the QMJHL after a strong showing with the Wildcats.
