I couldn't agree more with you @LottoBallLarry, our prospect pool is a mess and I've been saying this for years, too much money tied up in guys who don't contribute. If Carbonneau gets sent down that quickly I'd be shocked if it's not because the Blues think they can get something for him before he hits restricted free agency next summer. @RazorbackRed has been trying to warn us about this problem for months now.

@RinkRatRandy idk how anyone can say our prospect pool is a mess when we still dont know who weve actually got man, they traded away all our draft picks for like 3 years running and now were stuck with scraps @LottoBallLarry

ngl thats a good point about the draft picks, its crazy theyve been shipping them out for years now and we're reaping what we sowed kinda sucks to see

ngl patience is a luxury when you're expected to compete for a playoff spot every year and the brass still seems willing to waste more assets on free agents rather than using some of that cap space to let our own guys develop

tbh i feel like if we're going to rebuild or whatever it is theyre planning we shouldnt be surprised that our own guys cant hack it yet man
