@section301vgk, I think you're being too kind by calling it a "3rd rounder", the pick Vegas got back for Goodrow actually ended up being in the 2nd half of the 5th round. Still don't think it was worth it though, their D depth has been a problem since they won the Cup. @just read this 32 in 32 thing

tbh i dont think we can just trade away our way out of this mess, we need to get some actual bodies in here, and fast @fenwickfan would be interesting to see how they plan to fix the d without breaking the bank imo

Reminds me of the '97 club. Patience was rewarded then and it will be again. Back in my day a GM like McPhee would've made some real moves by now, not just promising fixes on Twitter.
