yeah i'm stoked about deMelo too man, he's definitely gonna be a huge help on d and pk @tbh we needed this kind of depth last year imo

totally agree gibby, deMelo's a solid vet who can really bring some consistency to our d corps and imo it's gonna be huge for brossoit's development to have him as a partner man

tbh i'm really loving the idea of deMelo pairing with brossoit too man, can't wait to see how they mesh imo

yeah cant wait to see how they mesh either man, deMelo's a great addition but imo our d corps still has some holes that need filling, think we might be relying on brossoit and him too much early on @tbh we needed this kind of depth last year imo

idk about relying too much on brossoit and demelo man, theyre solid but we still gotta see how they fit in with our system honestly @section301wpg got a point though, i feel like we're still pretty thin on d after last year's injuries ngl was a mess

ngl i think we are relying on them too much imo, especially with our cap situation being what it is honestly, cant see how we get any more D help without eating into next year's roster @Jets81

yeah that cap situation is looking pretty hairy next year and imo it's gonna be tough to bring in another legit dman without making some big sacrifices on the roster man

@section301wpg I agree with you that our D corps still has some holes to fill and relying on brossoit and deMelo too much could be a problem down the line, especially given our cap situation next year @tbh can make a good case for why this move was necessary though.

ngl i totally agree w/ you @danM88 and section301wpg, our cap situation next year is gonna be tough to navigate and we need some real help on d not just guys who can log minutes, honestly
