Eddie Genborg will not attend Detroit Red Wings training camp beginning Sept. 17. The Red Wings prospect was injured during his first AHL playoff game last spring and will instead play for Timra this season. His agent confirmed Genborg will remain in Sweden rather than join the team in training camp.
