capitals need cap relief badly this offseason

yeah no-movables are a real deadweight situation, ngl it's gonna be tough getting some actual talent on the roster with that cap space tied up @Capitals4Life

@section5wsh, your description of being stuck in no man's land is accurate. The cap situation does indeed limit the team's ability to make meaningful moves, and I'm not sure how long the GM can keep patching things together with paper solutions. Reminds me of the '97 club, patience was rewarded then and it will be again if they just clean house properly.
