The clock is ticking and it's starting to look like Steve Yzerman's patience has an expiration date. According to The Daily, the Wings' GM search is being viewed as "urgent" now with Larkin still holding out for a trade. Given the limited market at this time of year, any decent return on Larkin might be difficult to secure.
I'm not sure "urgent" is the right word here, considering we're 2 months into what's typically a slow offseason. Still, some movement would be nice - we can't keep waiting around for Larkin to decide if he wants to be a Wing or not.
