i dont think thats fair to hamilton, tbh his d pair mins were insane last year and he was still putting up decent numbers

tbh i think @dcat93 got it right 🤦 still dont see why we'd take a chance on hamilton again man ngl he's a lot to live up to

i think its unfair to expect dougie to repeat his numbers and mins from last season, dude had to take a huge hit to stay on the ice most of the time

yeah i feel u @Devils4Life, that hit did him no favors and still he managed to put up some numbers, we should be happy if hes anywhere near last seasons level man

ngl ryan_devils is being too optimistic about hamilton, dude took some nasty hits and still put up decent numbers lol

idk lol, i feel like @ryan_devils and you are both forgetting he's 32 already, thats a lot of hits to take 🤦

yeah i feel u @Devils4Life, we should really be worried about hamilton's contract situation tbh, 3 more years at 7mil avg ain't gonna fly with the cap situation man

yeah tbh i think hamiltons contract is gonna be a major problem lol @kwilson's on point man

tbh i think hamiltons contract is gonna be a major problem too, we cant rely on him being that money guy for the next few years man @kwilson's dead right about it

yeah i think all of u are being kinda harsh on hamilton, dude's still got some magic left in him tbh man, at least for another year or two probably

@section5njd dont think magic's enough when youre getting paid like hamilton tbh, cant rely on 'has been' potential man

ngl @Devils9s got a point there, cant be relying on magic and hopes with hamiltons contract situation being what it is man

ngl i think hamiltons contract is gonna be more than just a problem, its gonna be a huge distraction for the team too, and who knows if hes even gonna stay healthy imo @ryan_devils

ngl i think ur right about the distraction part tho man, cant imagine hamilton gettin benched and bein a cancer in the room like that would be brutal idk if nj can afford to have that kinda drama on their hands

yea but there top pairing is alot better then ppl give them credit for, dougie's been solid with chatham last season

solid w/chatham last season dont think that compensates for dougie's contract imo @ray23fan

ngl i kinda agree wit u, hamilton's contract is def a concern imo and cant have that weighin on the team this upcoming season
