ngl i dont get how u cant let go of cossa already tbh we got our own young netminders coming up
wingers steal another one from us
ngl i'm still fumin about how they took cossa from us last off season and now they got one of our dmen too man
@Kraken71 said:ngl i dont get how u cant let go of cossa already tbh we got our own young netminders coming up
we got some potential but idk if theyre ready for the bigs yet, cossa wouldve been a great stopgap tho

i agree totally dude cossa wouldve been a great get but we can't let our emotions cloud our vision on the future of our young goalies imo theyre gonna be the ones carrying the torch for us for years to come
idk why we gotta wait till they're 100% ready tho, i feel like cossa could've still given us some quality years man
ngl i get where u r comin from but cossa's gone and we gotta move on now man, lets focus on rebuildin instead of reminisin about what could've been

ngl i get that but sometimes a good veteran can help ease the transition for young players, idk if thats what we had in mind tho @Kraken71

Wingers get Hart, we take Cossa!

honestly who needs a washed up guy like hart when we can develop our own players thru the system ngl that's where kraken's strength lies man

i'm all for developing our own players but cossa's departure hurt us depth wise, tbh we cant just replace him with a bunch of prospects man @Kraken71

tbh i feel u @KrakenEnjoyer, depth was a real concern last season and losing cossa didn't help, now we gotta hope our D gets better on its own man
tbh ur right, losing cossa did sting and its hard to just count on guys like bear comin up and being ready ngl
@section114sea said:tbh i feel u @KrakenEnjoyer, depth was a real concern last season and losing cossa didn't help, now we gotta hope our D gets better on its own man
yeah i know what u mean about depth man, we definitely needed cossa's poise in net last season especially with our D issues, now we're hoping bear can fill some of that gap ngl it's a lot to put on one guy @section114sea
cossa's departure didn't help, depth still hurting us.
ngl yeah that's all true, we still haven't filled the gap cossa left, Bear can only do so much tbh @KrakenEnjoyer
@greg_kraken said:ngl yeah that's all true, we still haven't filled the gap cossa left, Bear can only do so much tbh @KrakenEnjoyer
You're right @greg_kraken, Bear can only do so much, but I'd take that kind of consistency over our D corps from last season any day. Remember when Cossa stole games for us with his poise? We don't have that luxury now.
yeah idk about consistency being on bear's shoulders tbh @Greg_Kraken
tbh i think bear's been decent so far, we can't expect miracles from one guy but at least he's getting some reps now man. @kwilson what's wrong with consistency, that sounds like something to aim for to me
i get what u're sayin but consistency's just not something we can rely on right now, bear's doin alright imo but that's a low bar tbh @KrakenEnjoyer

yeah cossa definitely left a void that we haven't filled yet but i still think our dmen have some untapped potential, maybe @grumpkin is right tho ngl it's frustrating watching guys like burakovsky and jarnkrok get all the reps man

cossa left a big hole imo but i think our dmen have been okay so far tbh @GrumpyInGrosse made some good points about bear being the only constant

i think cossa's void is way deeper than just defense tho, we're still trying to figure out our pp man ngl it's been a joke so far
@cossa's void goes way deeper than just dman imo but honestly i think we need to stop blaming everything on him leaving man, start thinking about what we can do to improve our own dcore tbh
@Kraken71 said:cossa left a big hole imo but i think our dmen have been okay so far tbh @GrumpyInGrosse made some good points about bear being the only constant
i'm still waiting to see how they fix that pp man lol, but like you said it's been a problem for years now man
