Dylan Larkin is unlikely to hold out, despite Detroit Red Wings being without a general manager and Simon Edvinsson remaining unsigned. The Washington Capitals have begun contract extension discussions with young forwards Ryan Leonard and Justin Sourdif, who are both pending RFAs. Larkin's potential holdout would not improve his trade value and he may not want to miss pay.
