I'd take the argument a step further and say that Larkin's expected goals over the past few seasons don't quite justify that kind of salary commitment, not when you consider other top-six forwards on the market this offseason.

i'm not gonna argue with u about cap space tho, but larkin's been a beast for years, even if he is overpaid, he's worth the cash to me

man i'm glad someone finally spoke up about larkin's clutch gene tbh he's got that superstar shine and i can see him leading our top line ngl Kings17 is on fire

honestly sean kings clutch gene or no i still dont see larkin as our perfect fit, 31 mil is just too much of a risk ngl
