Nick's done a great job so far, let's not panic just yet! We don't know what's going on behind the scenes and I'd bet anything they're working tirelessly to get us back on track.

Kid, I think @WingsInFour's got it right. We don't know what's going on behind closed doors, and trading Sebastian Cossa to Utah wasn't exactly a panic move. Let's not forget Nick's had some good years with this team, we're gettin' ahead of ourselves if you ask me.

@HockeytownHank, Seider's comment about focusing on his own growth is well taken, but let's not confuse individual player development with leadership from management. As for the office turmoil, @WingsInFour made a good point that we don't know what's really going on behind closed doors.
