I'm telling you kid, this is like '92 all over again. Not saying it's going south, but when Steve Yzerman leaves there's always a bit of an adjustment period. Maybe they're thinking outside the box with that two-man GM setup, but it's a big change from what we've been used to.

@WingsInFour, I think we're being too dismissive of the situation - the fact that they're considering an outside-the-box approach suggests some level of discontent with the status quo, per Michael Albano's report yesterday in the Detroit News.

I think we're getting a bit ahead of ourselves, Hank. Yzerman's legacy is indeed golden, but let's remember that Detroit's system isn't some fragile thing - it's built on solid principles and experience. I'd rather see them take their time and make calculated moves than rush into anything that might not work out.
