I think addressing the power play issues is crucial too, but I'd like to see some of those same players who struggled on D last year step up and provide some depth themselves before bringing in outside help. @section301vgk makes a point about needing legit depth on D.

@OldTimeHockeyOtto yeah that's a good point, problem is those same guys who struggled on d last year have had like 10 weeks off and idk how that translates to actually stepping up this season @GoldenKnights71 ngl i'd rather see the guys we already know struggle less on d than whatever some guy from the free agent scraps brings

ngl i kinda feel like we gotta give those guys a chance to prove themselves still this preseason at least man @GoldenKnights71 agrees with me on the pp being more important than d depth right now
