idk man, thinkin about our d core and it's still pretty bare, ngl we need someone with real NHL experience like a mcdavid or a subban @BluesTilIDie

i dont think anyone's expectin us to go after that kind of talent tbh @section301stl, we need someone who can slot in and contribute not be a top-pair dman on their own

idk man thinkin about the mcmaichael extension and it's makin me wonder if they're really tryin to fill some gaps or just buyin time till the trade market heats up

ngl you're right, that extension does feel like buyin time till trade deadline man, idk how i'd feel about shanahan waitin so long to make some actual moves @finallysomehope got me worried too when he didn't resign mc in the first place
