Blue Jackets name Josh Hunter as the new Public Address Announcer

Josh Hunter has been named the Columbus Blue Jackets' new public address announcer for the 2026-27 NHL season, succeeding Greg Murray who retired after 25 years with the club. Hunter will make his debut during the Blue Jackets' preseason game on September 21 against the Detroit Red Wings. The team's regular season opener is scheduled for October 1 against the Buffalo Sabres at Nationwide Arena.
