OUTSIDE HELP NEEDED!!!

ARE YOU KIDDING ME? WE WON FOUR CUPS WITH YOUTH MOVES AND SMART CONTRACTS!!! We don't need outside help, we just need brains behind the scenes now.

@HockeytownHank, I don't think anyone's suggesting we need to re-write The Hockey Way, but bringing in outside expertise on roster construction and salary cap management can't hurt.

I tend to agree with @HockeytownHank on this one, kid. We've seen some talented young players come through Detroit and make a big impact on the team's success. Bringing in outside help might not be the answer here, at least not when we've had such great results with our own system.

@GordieHoweElbows dont think it's about "THE HOCKEY WAY" its about finding ways to stay COMPETITIVE in a changing league. We cant just rely on youth movin forward.
