Pens extend novak, still looking for some real depth

idk man, novak is solid but dont see him getting 10+ goals, we need some bigger moves to happen

I couldn't agree more @PenguinsDiehard, Novak is a hard-nosed player but I'm afraid you're right on the mark about his scoring potential. He's a sparkplug but someone like him can only get so many goals in the bigs. We need some of that old-fashioned grit and skill back in our lineup reminiscent of the likes of Abel and Lindsay in their heyday.

tbh novak might not be a big goal-scorer but he's a great energy guy and that's worth something - we could use more of that kinda grit in the lineup honestly

idk man, novak's contract is barely a mid-tier salary hit, they should be able to bring in some bigger pieces without breaking the bank imo @PenguinsDiehard

imo @Penguins17 got a point about novak being an energy guy, i mean thats something we've been lacking in our lineup for years, maybe hes not a big scorer but he can still make an impact imo @kwilson

yeah i've been saying that for years we need more guys like novak who just flat out bring it every night imo @ryan_penguins
