FLAMES SIGN LUKE GAZDIC

The Calgary Flames signed left winger Luke Gazdic to a one-year, two-way contract. Gazdic split last season between the New Jersey Devils and their AHL affiliate in Albany. The 27-year-old originally was drafted by the Dallas Stars in 2007 and played three seasons with the Edmonton Oilers prior to joining the Devils.
