I'm not sure why Werenski's situation is being discussed as if he's somehow damaged goods now, his 2nd half last season was strong and I don't see any reason to think that won't carry over into the upcoming season. @TheWire must've been watching a different player make those clutch plays down the stretch.

tbh i dont know why theyre making such a big deal about his "strong" second half either, he's still gotta play at that level every night which is what we saw for most of the season
