Roster Rebuild or Roster Reset?

I've been saying it for months now, but I truly believe Yzerman's successor needs to take a hard look at the roster and make some significant changes if we're going to turn this thing around. The fact that we lost Cossa is a good example of how our GMs have struggled with letting go of players who don't contribute, per Ken Holland's latest comments on TSN. This next GM needs to be willing to shake things up.
