i feel ya doug_g, its one thing to say "fix the d" but what does that even look like? signings dont seem likely with cap space being a joke

@SaturdayNightSuze i feel u, cap space is def gonna be an issue this offseason man, prolly why we'll see a bunch of small deals and not 1-2 big signings ngl.

Cap space isn't as big an issue for Detroit as some think, they've got around $23M to play with and can easily clear out a player like Larkin if needed without losing too much value in return.

yeah i feel u, cap space is gonna be a major issue this offseason and detroit might have to get creative with the larkin deal like u mentioned @fenwickfan just saying they'd lose too much value in return

tbh u think larkin will ever leave detroit? i mean i know they gotta get creative with cap space but its hard to see them letting him go man

ngl i think u're being too optimistic about larkin staying, detroit's gotta make some tough decisions to stay under cap and i just cant see how they keep him imo

yeah larkin's gotta be worth the risk imo @fenwickfan just casually mentioned they got 23m in cap space and suddenly it all makes sense to me man

idk how i feel about sacrificing larkin imo hes too big of a piece for me to think they trade him, but who knows maybe theyre hiding something up their sleeve man @fenwickfan had some insight on their cap space tho that changes things ngl

@fenwickfan's right tho, detroit got 23m in cap space like theyre claiming @StarsLifer, dont know how you can sacrifice larkin now unless were getting some major returns, which idk if thats even possible man
