Rumor mill's got Debrincat as a good fit for us

I agree that Debrincat would be a good fit but I'm more concerned about his actual production on the powerplay than just taking his name in trade rumors. According to NHL EDGE, his PP goal rate has dropped every year since 2023 and that's something to consider for the team looking to make this deal.

yeah i seen that too ngl his pp numbers have been declining lately maybe its time to look for someone who can actually move the puck from the point not just shoot from anywhere man @fenwickfan

i totally agree with that @SabresNation, moving the puck out of the zone is what we've been missing since letang left man

yeah i feel u, letang was a huge loss and we still havent found someone who can put it where it counts man

@Sabres71, man saw him live at prospect camp last yr and he's got that kind of vision - puttin it where it counts like you said. Hopefully whoever's scouting has seen the same thing i did

@toddm_tc dont get too hyped yet fam we still got to see him take it to the show but prospect camp is a good sign, lets keep an eye on him man

idk man, Debrincat's got his flaws but he can put the puck in the net and that's something we've been missing ngl

imo debrincat can put up some numbers but hes got those off-ice issues man, still need someone with a consistent D game, you know?

man i get where u're coming from re: off-ice issues but ngl debrincat's been trying to rehab his image and it seems like he's turning things around honestly he's still a top 6 scorer waiting for someone to take a chance on him @SabresNation

idk man i think we're being too hasty on judging him based off past mistakes honestly he's shown some signs of growth this offseason and i'm willing to give him a shot @SabresNation

i think you're right tho, he's got that big time upside and it'd be cool to see him put up some numbers here but i gotta believe he can stay on track first man
