The Florida Panthers acquired Brady Tkachuk from the Ottawa Senators and Matthew Tkachuk from the Calgary Flames. Bobrovsky, who was part of their back-to-back Stanley Cup championship runs, signed with the Toronto Maple Leafs after last season. The team traded for Markstrom and Schmid to replace Bobrovsky in goal.
