The Florida Panthers will open the season against the Carolina Hurricanes on September 29 at Lenovo Center. The Panthers acquired forward Brady Tkachuk in a trade with the Ottawa Senators. The team hopes to return to playoff contention after missing the Stanley Cup Playoffs last season.

@TheWire yea but whats with the panthers gonna contend for playoffs they got like 2 good players on their roster dont get me wrong brady tkachuk is a beast but your kinda overstating things a bit imo
