just got done reading about malenstyn signing and im honestly still trying to wrap my head around it man ngl his numbers dont exactly scream "6 year deal" but i guess the FO is making a statement or something, idk what to think about this one
i get what you're saying about the numbers but honestly think its a short-term fix for them to make a statement and hope someone else picks up his slack on offense, we all know theyre rebuilding so maybe its worth the gamble to me ngl i'd rather see more youth come in at this point

tbh i think theyre gonna regret this deal once they see the cap hit next year and its eating into their prospects signings imo we need fresh youngblood, not 30 yr olds on 6 yr deals
